Is there a minimum group size for the tours and tournaments?

Our tournament and Tour rates are based on a minimum of 22 persons. If you would like to come with less people, no problem. However, the prices might change slightly.
If you create your own tour, the group size does not matter.

Will there be someone with us during our whole stay in Madrid?

You will be accompanied during your whole stay in Madrid. Our Madrid Football Tour Manager will pick you up at the airport, bring you to the hotel and stay with you 24/7. He/She will be with you during all your activities and the tournament to help with translations and anything else you might need.

Will there be ambulances present at the tournament?

Yes of course. The health of all participants is the most important thing for us.

Which insurances do I need for the tournament?

You will need your personal health insurance and if wanted a travel insurance.

Can the parents book their visit to Madrid via Madrid Football Agency as well?

We would be happy to also assist the parents in their trip to Madrid. We can arrange sightseeing, culture tours and much more for the parents in addition to their kids’ football program. Just contact us and we will take care of everything.
