Antonio Nusa becomes the second-youngest goalscorer in UEFA Champions League history

The young Norwegian, at just 17, becomes the second-youngest goalscorer in UEFA Champions League history after scoring on his own debut for Club Brugge.

Antonio Nusa has created an atmosphere of optimism in his native country and now Europe can feel it. The Langhus-born youngster made his Champions League debut for Club Brugge yesterday in the 0-4 victory away against Porto. It only took Nusa 14 minutes on the pitch to write his own history in the most important club tournament in the world. He came on in the 75th minute and in the 89th minute he made a great move behind the Portuguese defenders, finished with his right foot and sealing an important victory for the Belgian squad.

And so, he becomes the second-youngest goalscorer of UEFA Champions League history, at just 17 years and 149 days, only behind Ansu Fati (17 years and 40 days). Antonio Nusa will be a key player for the team managed by Carl Hoefkens in the Champions League and the Jupiler Pro League.

It is worth to mention that Antonio played the Madrid Football Cup with Norwegian Stabæk in 2018. During our tournament the organizers and football coaches were already observing the potential of the promising Norwegian football player. Today it is already a reality and Antonio has just started his journey to a brilliant football career.
