We are proud to announce that several players who have shone in the MFC have been selected to represent Spain in the U-17 Women’s World Cup, which will be held in the Dominican Republic from October 16 to November 4, 2024. These talented young women are part of a generation that has left its mark on our tournament and will now bring their hard work and passion to the highest international competition.

Upcoming Challenges:
The Spanish U-17 Women’s National Team is placed in Group C, alongside USA, South Korea, and New Zealand. The team will make its debut on October 18 against New Zealand, followed by a match against South Korea on October 21, and closing the group stage on October 24 against the USA. These matches will take place across various venues in the Dominican Republic, with the Estadio Félix Sánchez in Santo Domingo being one of the main venues.
Spain, defending world champions
Spain enters this World Cup as the defending champion, having won the tournament in 2022, further solidifying its dominance in youth football. The team is also the current U-17 European champion, after defeating England in the 2024 European Championship final, reinforcing their status as one of the world’s top teams in this category.
